This Intuitive Painting Session is a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe, and express yourself freely through color, movement, and emotion.

We will begin with a short breathing exercise and a guided meditation led by me — to help you connect with your heart energy and discover your soul intention for the painting session. From that sacred space within, creativity flows naturally and effortlessly. After that, you will let your creativity flow onto the canvas and paint with acrylic colors whatever your soul wants to express. No judging — just pure, intuitive flow. Throughout the process, I will gently guide and support those who need it, helping you stay connected to your intuition and creative rhythm.

No artistic experience is needed — only an open heart and curiosity.

Together, we’ll explore painting as a form of meditation and joyful self-discovery.
